There is a tenet in law … if you allow a law to go unenforced, you give up your right to enforce it.

We have allowed Obama to break the eligibility law for four years. We did not need his “birth certificate” to prove he was not natural born. His father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth. Same for Rubio.

So, now it’s OK for Obama to break the law, but not so right for Rubio? ["'Ineligible' Rubio top GOP choice for VP"]
