One of you geniuses at WND should see if Judge Michael Malihi filed his oath of office within the requirements of the statutes of the State of Georgia.

If he filed incorrectly, too early, too late, had his oath administered by someone who failed to file his or her oath of office within the requirements, or any of 12 other fatal defects, then his ruling has no basis in law, is null and void, and Malihi must be removed from office.

But then again, you guys are much smarter than I am even though I’ve done this successfully in California, and you did a story on me.
