Convicted killer Joran van der Sloot’s health has deteriorated since he was moved to a high security prison in Peru, RadarOnline.com reported.

The Dutchman, who was jailed for 28 years for the 2010 murder of Peruvian woman Stephany Flores, was transferred to maximum security prison Piedras Gordas, in the north of capital Lima, following criticism that conditions at Lima’s Castro Castro jail, where he spent 18 months, were too comfortable.
